Siltstone Project Leased and Sold

idg is proud to announce that our last completed project at 2 Siltstone Place Berrinba is now leased and sold. Our thanks to the various agencies that have presented prospects with special thanks to Ray White Commercial and Springwood for the introduction of the successful lessees, and to Savills and King & Co for the joint introduction of the Investor for the on sale. We achieved a strong 6.5% yield for the sale which demonstrates that the investment market is still very healthy in SE Qld.
