1st Metrowest project sells prior to completion
141 Bluestone Circuit 17 Mile Rocks was the first industrial project out of the ground at Metrowest. Developed by idg as a speculative project, this 1,200m2 office warehouse secured owner occupier Decor Blinds about a month short of completion. Selling at $2,200,000 + gst the property reflected the growth in industrial land and building prices since the worst of the GFC passed. Garry McNamara, director of idg said, "The sale represents great value for the buyer and still provided a profitable return on investment to the participants in this Joint Venture.
